Welcome to my 21 Day Challenge Part 1! Do you have an important event coming up? Maybe you've booked a vacation that you want to look your best for? Or maybe bikini season is right around the corner? Well, I designed my plan with YOU in mind. Over the next 21 days we will awaken your motivation and get you ready for that special occasion and kick start your fitness journey. What will the next 21 days look like? You will have 2 intense fat burning and toning workouts followed by a rest day for 21 days straight.
I've included my most intricate exercise combos so that we hit every part of your body. I've also included cardio to help you lose any unwanted fat. You will feel stronger, you will tone and tighten your entire body and improve your core strength. This challenge will leave your muscles burning for all the right reasons. 21 days to a new and improved you. Let's get started!
