About The Fitplan® Program
My 21 Day Workout Series is aimed at challenging yourself to fast-tracking you to a healthier, fitter, more toned you with the confidence and beauty you have always wanted for yourself. The only way to get there faster is to work hard, so this is a 21 day plan with ZERO rest days. Yes, that's right, no rest days. If you're worried about finding time to fit in a workout every day for three weeks straight, don't worry, I've got you covered!
My workouts combine a variety of exercise types in short but highly intensive and effective workouts so that you can get the most out of them! We will do Tabata intervals, HIIT routines, use bodyweight, weights, and resistance bands to keep things challenging and fresh. I am here to motivate and guide you, with step-by-step instructions for each exercise and daily tips as you progress. But remember that for a successful journey toward the you you've always envisioned, it's all about defining and declaring your goals, and keeping them in the front of your mind as you sweat your way toward achieving them! I know you are going to crush it!
