41 Day Plan

I'm often asked the question, "what are some workouts I can do without a gym membership?" That’s why I created this program. It’s an easy to follow, six week program that requires minimal equipment and is designed to help you get started on your fitness journey. My plan targets your lower body, including your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. I’ll be right by your side, coaching you through each movement and helping you focus on your form. In order to increase difficulty, and make movements more challenging, it's important to be mindful of your technique and form. So to start, we will be focusing on a lot of core to build the strength you need to have good form. If you've already developed that strength, you can add weight to most movements to make them more challenging. After the six weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more confident and ready to take on more difficult fitness challenges! Every day will be different, and my plan includes different training styles like supersets (back to back exercises), plyometrics, HIIT cardio (high intensity interval training) and more.
