90 Day Plan

After having a baby lots of women just do not know what to do. Pregnancy really can do a number on your body. Take me for example I went from an hourglass fitness figure to a woman who had no muscle definition and lots of cellulite. What was I to do? How would I shrink my stomach down and tighten up this extra skin? Can I breastfeed and still workout? Did I have an abdominal separation? I gained 50lbs from pregnancy and I just hated my body. Well I created a plan to target all those worries. When you get the green light from your doctor saying you are ok to workout you need to know how to work out correctly. You cannot just jump into working out like you did before you got pregnant. Your body went under trauma and you have to slowly work your way back. Especially with that extra weight you gained you are not the same weight so you have to make sure your body can handle the new exercise plan. I am going to take you through 12 weeks of healthy eating and fun exercise. The first 4 weeks will be welcoming you back into the gym. These workouts can be done at home so you can be with your little one. The next 8 weeks will gradually become more intense and all these workouts can be incorporated at home or in a gym. I am going to share all my secrets and tips that worked for me. Now if you have not had a baby but are new to working out and want to live a healthy lifestyle this program is perfect for you as well. I have always had a love for fitness! Participating in gymnastics, track and field, football and cheerleading at a young age helped cement my desire to push myself to the next level. After high school, I began to notice that not being in any group sports changed my body, and not in a good way! I quickly decided to head to the gym. That served as the perfect catalyst for the next chapter of my life. I started competing in 2007. In 2009, I received my IFBB Figure Pro Card. Shortly after receiving my IFBB Figure Pro Card, and five shows later, I decided to switch to Bikini Pro. I qualified for the Olympia Bikini twice, won a pro show, and competed in the Arnold Classic Bikini. As much as I loved competing, I decided to take time off to go to the WWE and be a WWE NXT Diva, but left a few months later to be with my family. Being three thousand miles away was more than a little rough, so I decided to train clients online. It has been a truly rewarding experience to challenge and empower other women! And speaking of family, in January 27, 2016, I added a new title to my name, one that is arguable one that has made me the happiest and proudest in my life: Mom. I became a mother to a beautiful baby girl, and she now inspires me as I continue in my pursuit of excellence. I am currently in the process of writing a cookbook that highlights my love for cooking and baking healthy meals. As they say, everything happens for a reason, and my life up to this point has prepared me to take the next step in helping you also achieve your fitness dreams!
