About The Fitplan® Program

Are you ready to sculpt a tight hourglass figure with a plan that fits your lifestyle? I have created the perfect plan for anyone who loves to workout at home, but also likes to mix it up at the gym to improve their results!

My new 8 week Fitplan will have you working out 5 days per week for 30 minutes each workout. We’ll be alternating through HIIT style cardio training, weight training, and stairclimber workouts. This will simultaneously burn fat and build curves to create the hourglass figure we all want. All you will need for the home workouts is a set of dumbbells, bands, and a chair! Commit to 30 minutes with me and you’ll be blown away by how you feel. Let’s do this!
