About The Fitplan® Program

My approach to training is unique, simplified and thought out. This is an intermediate program that is designed to further build your athletic ability and confidence in the gym. We are training "Smart" 4 days per week with a mixture of upper and lower body days. My workouts are designed to be effective to give you the most of your 50 minute sessions. I've included a warm up in every workout, feel free to switch this up if you have a favorite warm up routine! The rest time is 30-45 seconds between exercises. It is important to use your in app rest timer to make sure we're staying on track. I am going to be with you in every workout. Let's go!
