About The Fitplan
Making a transformation takes a complete mindset shift. I have walked this road, and I know exactly what it takes to get to where you want to be. My new Fitplan gives you everything you need to build lean muscle, shred fat, and increase functional strength in short, efficient workouts. I’ve included supersets, circuits, and splits that make sure you’re reaching your goals in 30 minutes or less per workout! For the next 8 weeks I will be guiding you through two distinct phases.
First, we are going to focus on perfecting your form and developing your mind muscle connection, with each week building upon the next. In phase 2, we move to 5 workouts a week, with a focus on shredding fat, and increasing your cardiovascular level. We’ll be revving up the intensity with more complex moves — including my favorite TRX exercises! — more full body routines, and plyo workouts. This plan is the perfect road map to the transformation you deserve. Let’s do this!

Dasha Gaivoronski is an online fitness influencer and certified personal trainer. You may also recognize her from the 2018 Bachelor Australia where she shines with her quick wit and genuine personality.
